General
Kluwer Merger Check is the online workflow tool that allows you to identify jurisdictions in which a proposed transaction (merger, acquisition or full function joint venture) is subject to a notification obligation under national or supra-national concentration control regimes.
It leads you step-by-step through a clear and concise set of questions and answers - enabling you to identify the notification and filing requirements that relate to your transaction. On the basis of the answers you provide, Kluwer Merger Check will identify your obligations under the relevant concentration control regime(s).
Kluwer Merger Check provides you with answers to the following questions:
- Where does the proposed transaction qualify for notification?
- Is such notification mandatory or voluntary?
- What are the deadlines for filing?
- What are the filing fees?
- What are the consequences of failure to notify?
